Speaking Engagements
Natalie R. Lynch, AWI-CHI
A sought-after speaker, Natalie has presented at SXSW, Texas Women in Leadership Symposium-National Diversity Council, SHRM, and local and state bar associations nationwide. Through storytelling and allegory, she is engaging and thoughtful, making even the most complex legal issues understandable to all audiences. Credentialed through the Association of Workplace Investigators, Natalie is the Texas leader and only consulting and credentialed expert in Central Texas conducting investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, hostile work environment, and other issues.
A business owner and entrepreneur, she is licensed to practice law in Texas, Wyoming, and Colorado. She holds Women-Owned, Minority-Owned, and Historically Under-Utilized Business certifications. Having lived abroad in both Ghana and Spain and traveled worldwide, she brings unique perspectives to conducting business nationally and internationally throughout Asia (particularly Japan and China), South Africa, and Latin America.
A longtime ally and staunch supporter of the LGBT community and other historically marginalized communities, Natalie contributes her time and resources to promoting equity and diversity one entire workplace at a time. She firmly believes animals should be treated with respect and works to improve animal welfare through legislative testimony and consulting with lawmakers on related issues. Natalie enjoys rallying behind her son's athletic endeavors and the garden she tends behind her home.
